The Lakes at Donegal Springs Homeowners Association is a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania registered non-profit corporation, incorporated on February 23, 2002.  We are governed under the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Pennsylvania's Uniform Planned Community Act, 68 Pa. Stat. §§ 4101 to 4414.  The Lakes at Donegal Springs Declaration is recorded in the public records of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, at Instrument Number 5123153, and the Board encourages each member and resident to carefully review the Declaration, and all amendments to the Declaration.
